Weekly free dance workshop, inspired by Anna Halprin's Life Art Process: 2 hours of free dance, with music, in a group, every week. Come dance without expectations, without pressure, with strangers, in a vast and supportive space of freedom.
No steps to learn, no performance to achieve: just your body, the music, and a group dancing together. Marion Corrales offers movement resources—an image, a sensation, a simple instruction—from which each person invents their own dance. From these individual resources emerges a shared world, a theme that permeates the group, and little by little, a grand collective improvisation takes shape. No dance experience is necessary. No judgmental gaze. It's simply about listening to your body, letting movement express what words cannot, and experiencing the rare joy of dancing freely among strangers, all engaged in the same quest for freedom.

Life Art Impro draws direct inspiration from the Life Art Process of Anna Halprin, an American dancer and choreographer—a method that makes movement a path to self-discovery, and dance a tool for transformation rather than mere performance. Halprin believed that the body carries the memory of everything that has remained unsaid, and that it is by collectively setting it in motion again that we can reconcile with it. In this spirit, each session creates a space where spontaneity takes precedence over technique, where the collective supports the individual, and where dance becomes a shared language—without hierarchy between experienced dancers and beginners, between young bodies and those returning to movement after a long absence.

Duration: 2 hours, every week alternating with Hélène Larrode, Marie-Laure Guislain and Stéphane Vernier.
