An electric and liberating musical melodrama, somewhere between stand-up comedy and a concert, to transform intimate cracks into bursts of life.
In this first-person rite of passage, singer and actress Marion Corrales returns to her childhood bedroom. A place filled with secrets, buried dreams, and silences kept for too long. As she explores these intimate territories, a gallery of colorful ghosts emerges: a father with a heart condition, an aunt in Miami, Moustache, her nanny's perverse husband, and a whimsical Polish fashion photographer. Directed by Céline Sallette, who is making a detour from film to theater, this creation, with its sensitive pop aesthetic, becomes a delicate journey toward joyful resilience. By blending her songs, direct addresses, and confidences, Marion Corrales takes on all the roles to tell a story that transforms and moves us deeply.
